Reader, Happy Friday from my tiny desk here in Lyon, France. I hope you're enjoying spring weather, eating a meal or two (or sipping a coffee) outside in the sun, and finding time to do something you love. Usually I send a quick recipe email out every Friday, but I wanted to take a moment to share some other news related to my business. 🎉 New Ventures! 🎉 I won't typically mention these in my weekly emails, so if you'd like to hear about them from time-to-time, click the link(s), and I'll make sure you get those updates. 1) Scale Collective - If you've been following me for a bit, you know that my husband Frank has been a leader in corporate digital marketing for years. He just launched a collective where creators can get advice from experts in the field, share resources, and find community. If you own a business and are using social media, this is for you. Click here to follow Scale Collective. 2) Instagram Trial Reels Guide - As part of Scale Collective, I'm starting to share resources to help other creators. I just put everything I've learned about Instagram trial reels into a comprehensive, clear guide. If you're on Instagram, you should be using trial reels! Click here to learn about trial reels. 3) Postcards from France Substack - I've been loving the discussion about France and expat living going on over in my Substack community. If you want to hear about our journey as expats living in France, that all lives on Substack. Click here to get my Substack. And finally, enjoy few pics of our April adventures while my mom and little sister were in town. We ate and walked our way around Lyon and spent 3 nights in Paris! May always feels like a sprint, so I hope you have some fun things to look forward to in the coming weeks. If you have a moment, hit reply and send me a quick email with something you're looking forward to in May. I'll be back to regular programing next Friday with a new recipe! Want more? |

Hey friend, Let’s skip straight to the photo this week because how gorgeous is this color??? Click here for the full recipe! Frank and I have been feeling nostalgic lately for the years we lived in Bangkok. We hope to take the kids back there soon, but it’s not in the cards just yet. In the meantime, we like to bring Thailand to us through its food. So if you don’t like the way I made it (with squash and chicken), I’ve included a list of easy customizations to help you make this recipe your...
Good morning! Charcuterie boards are pretty much the best addition to any gathering. They’re fun to make, look great and they give everyone something to snack on without having to serve a full meal. But sometimes those huge elaborate displays (I’ve seen some truly wild ones online) don’t make any sense. Here’s my quick tip for you this week: mini charcuterie boards! Click here to learn how! Small charcuterie boards work great when you want everyone to get an even mix of foods or when you want...
Happy Monday! We had a full weekend of all the fall things. A bike ride with the girls and applesauce in the slow cooker. I had time to get our meal plan for the week lined up which always makes the week go so much more smoothly. With the weather cooling down, one of the highlights of the week is Vegetarian Lentil Chili - I'm so excited for this one (and all the toppings). Lentil Chili Recipe Today I'm over on Instagram sharing my own meal plan for the week. I love seeing what others are...
